Job description

We’re seeking qualified Salesperson to build out their territory with unlimited sales potential and residual income from signed clients. Precision marketing is for business owners and salespeople where results matter and everything else is a participation award.

We take care of the hiring, managing and the training of remote workers from the Philippines of our precision marketing solution. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Taking advantage of the digital age, this position is fully remote. The Salesperson must be both personable and professional.

You will get access to our training programs and personal mentorship. Along with training on how not to sound like a salesperson.

This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.

Expectations: Sales Quota: 1 sale per month Cold calls a minimum of 30 per day

Objectives of this role • Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers. • Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to educate potential individuals and organizations on how our solution can help them increase sales to the USA. • Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.

• Familiarize themselves with the products and services offered by our company. • Research potential clients and generate leads. • Contact potential clients via cold calling, email or social media. • Qualify prospects based on their needs. • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team

Requirements: 5 to 10 years of sales experience. • College degree preferred but not required. • Must be at least 21 years old. • You MUST possess a western standard of English and strong communication skills. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE. • Prior industry experience is not mandatory, having backgrounds in sales and communication-related roles are favorable. • You must have competent computing skills. • Must have an aged Facebook and LinkedIn account. • Must be dedicated towards their craft and dedicated to bringing results. • Agree that payment will be given via commission.
